Incredible knowledge of products and out of this world customer service. The owners are the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever dealt with. The prices, including deals and specials, are extremely reasonable. They made whole experience unbelievably easy and stress free. I have had the opportunity to use County Carpet on four occasions. I worked with each of the three partners (Ron, Ray and Bob). They are all extremely knowledgeable. I've used a few places In Rockland County over the thirty years we've owned our home and by far, this is the best. There's a wide selection, people to help navigate the choices and the customer service is phenomenal. Truly, the nicest people! They will work with you to accommodate your schedule too.  Equally important, the people that actually come into your home to lay the carpet/install flooring are excellent and very courteous. We were so happy with CarpetsPlus.

I went to Carpet Plus after going to several other carpet stores. Ron was who I spoke to and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did not pressure us into getting anything and as a matter of fact he asked us to go home and think about it. He was very patient as well. We were in a rush to get our carpets in because we have a 10 month old and had concrete flooring. He assured us that we could get the carpet we wanted and that it would come in on time. Not only did it come in on time, but he was also able to push installation date 3 days prior to when we should have originally had it installed. Great Job, Ron! We highly recommend Carpets Plus.
